At the Center for Rapid Innovation, a lightning strike of inspiration can quickly become electric! Designed for startups, established companies and hobby tinkerers in mind, Werkstätte Wattens’ FabLab provides space to let ideas expand and flourish.
Spread across 139m², the Center for Rapid Innovation (CRI) provides access to a lab equipped with the very latest in technology. Developers and engineers will hardly contain their delight in getting their hands on 3D printers (synthetic), 3D scanners, CNC milling machines, CO2-laser cutters, vinylcutter and a UV-printer. A Fab-Store and an in-house workshop for woodprocessing complete the package.
Central Lab
The Central Lab is the heart of the FabLab. This is the place to exchange ideas, create and envision improvements to existing products.
CNC Lab
Watch out for flying chips at the CNC lab, a room that can easily get rather dusty.
