The purpose of this workshop is to explore your product-market fit. Is there a market for your product? Who are the market participants? How much are they willing to pay for your product? Are they satisfied with your service? We’ll do some hands-on testing.

User tests are a great tool to identify usability problems. The results can be directly applied to improve your product. Our goal is for you to then do your own testing in your company. The key questions are: + Who are the best test customers? Where can you find them and how do you contact them? + What is the ideal design of a user test (incl. insight interviews)? (for both software and hardware products) + How should you behave and what are the key considerations during the test phase? + How can you assess and evaluate user feedback in a simple and effective way? + How often will you need to test? When is the optimal time to test? How can you promote awareness in your team for testing?

This is a one-day workshop for startups and teams with marketable hardware or software prototypes who have already tested their problem-solution fit.
